The Sheraton Deva ALPG event will take place 13th to 15th of March in New Caledonia, the tournament is scheduled to take place at the end of the major Australian women’s professional circuit to ensure the best professionals are available.
This international pro-am tournament will be played over 3 rounds at the Sheraton Deva Golf Course and is an official event on the Australian Ladies Professional Golf Tour
Accommodation for the tournament is at the recently opened $250 million Sheraton Deva Resort & Spa which is located at Bourail, a leisurely 2 hours’ drive north of Noumea Airport. This exceptional beachfront resort has 180 rooms, suites & bungalow’s, 15 kilometres of white sand beach, amazing food and plenty of activates for the non-golfers. For those looking to extend their holiday we suggest a few nights in New Caledonia’s capital Noumea at the beautiful water front Le Meridien Hotel & Casino which is only 10 minutes from downtown shopping area.
The field will be made up of approximately 40 professionals and 80 amateurs. We have only 40 spots available for overseas women amateur golfers to compete in this event, women must have a current handicap of 30 or less
The event will be played over three rounds. The first day will be a fun pro-am with one pro and three amateurs playing a team’s best ball event, this will be a good opportunity for all the players to look at the course before the two round pro-am tournament starts.
The actual pro-am tournament will be played 36 holes (two rounds) there will one pro and three amateurs in the groups for the first round.
The final round will be a seeded draw with the two leading pros playing with the two leading amateurs and so on through the field. Amateurs will play a stableford competition in the pro-am.

Wednesday 13th March |
Fun Pro-Am day at Sheraton Deva golf course, an opportunity for the players to have a relaxed fun round to look at the course before the tournament starts tomorrow - one pro and 3 amateurs in each group, lunch and drinks will be available during the round 6.00 – 7.00pm Evening drinks function |
Thursday 14th March |
Round one at Sheraton Deva golf course, one pro and 3 amateurs in each group, lunch and drinks will be available during the round evening free |
Friday 15th March |
Round two Sheraton Deva golf course, seeded draw with the leading two pros playing with the best two amateurs and so on through the field, lunch and drinks will be available during the round 6.30- 8.00pm Prize presentation cocktail function |
Saturday 16th March |
Depart the Sheraton and transfer to Noumea Airport or you may wish to extend their stay and spend a few days in New Caledonia’s capital staying at the beautiful Le Meridien Hotel & Casino in Noumea. |
