There are many destinations around the world where you can stay at a nice hotel and play golf for a week on good courses. However; there are very few exotic destinations that offer “ 7 world class golf courses” designed by the best in the business, luxury 5 star beach front accommodation, amazing food and all in an area bursting with culture and history with 3 UNESCO world heritage sites near by.

Da Nang is the exotic golf destination that has become world renowned.

This is an opportunity to join us for a week in Da Nang on the central coast (China Beach) of Vietnam, play in the  International Golf Week tournament. After the tournament you may wish to go to places like Ho Chi Minh City , Hanoi or spend a few more days in Da Nang. There are numerous activities for the non golfers in the Da Nang, Hoi An area.

Cost

The tour is subject to a minimum of 24 golfers purchasing the tour package and due to space availability limited to the first 40 golfers booked  

Golfer: USD $1930.00

Non golfer : USD $996.00

Cost is per person and based on twin share accommodation,
Extra nights USD$228.00 per room including breakfast for two

Options available to extend your holiday in Da Nang or go to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City or other locations

The Golf Courses

This could be the best 4 golf courses you will find in one area , anywhere. Jack Nicklaus, Colin Montgonerie, Greg Norman, Trent Jones Jnr and Luke Donald have all made their mark here and this is an opportunity for you to play their wonderful designs. The best way to see what you will be playing is to go on line and check out these courses.

The Competition & Prizes

The tournament is a stableford competition, women’s and men’s divisions, with daily and overall prizes. In the interest of fair play if you win an overall prize you will only be eligible for one daily prize. As with many of our tours there will be a daily betting pool for those who wish to partake $10 entry per day- 1st 2nd & 3rd paid out (you don’t have to enter this)

Handicaps

We will have a slope handicap chart available for round one of the tournament. After each round player’s will be re-handicapped down or up depending on their day’s score.

Anyone playing within 2 strokes of their handicap, there will be no change for the next round.

Score three or four, better or worse than your handicap and your handicap for the next round will be plus or minus one stroke. Score five or more strokes “better or worse” will result in, minus or plus 2 strokes for their next round.

The maximum handicap movement will be 2 strokes a day.

The Itinerary

This is the event program, however departure times and rotation of the golf courses is subject to change

Sunday 10th March	Arrive Da Nang airport and transfer to the Pullman Resort where accommodation is reserved for the next 6 nights 6.00pm - 7.00pm Welcome Cocktail function, drinks and canape’s
Monday 11th March	Buffet Breakfast 8.30am Depart the hotel by coach to Ba Na Hills Golf for round one of the tournament
Tuesday 12th March	Buffet Breakfast 8.30am Depart the hotel to the Greg Norman course at Da Nang GC for round two
Wednesday 13TH March	Buffet Breakfast Rest day or opportunity to join the ½ tour of Hoi An Town and Marble Mountain or maybe another round of golf at the Montgomerie Links or the Faldo course
Thursday, 14th March	Buffet Breakfast 8.30am Depart the Hotel to Da Nang Golf Club, Nicklaus Course for round 3 of the tournament
Friday, 15th March	Buffet Breakfast 8.30am Depart the hotel for the final round of golf at the ocean course at Hoiana Shores 6.30pm – 8.30pm Final night prize presentation tournament dinner & drinks
Saturday 16th March	Buffet Breakfast Depart Hotel by car or coach to Da Nang Airport for your homeward journey or more adventures.
